very upset, cancelled my appointment which is a month away and was told that I dont get my 50 dollar deposit back. what a great way to rip people off of there hard earned money. I have a number of tattoos and have never had anything like this happen. you should be ashamed of yourselves for having a policy like that. I will let everyone I know not to use your business

The location is clean and well organized. I cant say enough how amazing Kevin Meyers was. He not only was able to take my general idea of what I wanted and make it an amazing design but his attention to detail he put into it was stunning. Will definitely be going back for more.

Sam is the absolute best. We've made it an anniversary tradition to have her pierce us and we wouldn't go anywhere else. She's fast and excellent at placement. You'll never have a better time getting pierced either. It's just an all around perfect experience and we will absolutely come back.

Sam does awesome piercings and is awesome. She did my tragus and even though I have tiny annoying ears, she took her time and explained what she was doing as well. Highly recommend her. She knows everything about piercings!

I worked with Matt on my 3/4 sleeve and it turned out amazing and exactly as I wanted it! He listened to what I wanted and added in his own twists which made the tattoo even better. We originally had 5 sessions booked for it but he was able to get it done in 3! Overall super happy with how it turned out and the quality of the work. The shop is super clean and everyone there is super nice and laid back. Highly highly recommend!

Got a tattoo from one of their artists, Dusty. The tattoo itself is fantastic and looks amazing - however the booking process and the demeanor of this artist was not. I booked an appointment via phone/email as instructed by their front desk person and put down a deposit only to receive a phone call from our artist a few days later that was very curt about how I did everything ‘wrong’ with my booking. We followed every one of his instructions given via phone to ‘fix’ how the appointment was booked (and I even offered to be deadnamed for the process to make it easier on him) only to show up to the appointment with nothing ready. He claimed he couldn’t find any of the emails (that he replied to) and had nothing drawn or ready. When we were finally ready to get started he made a derogatory comment to me about my girlfriend who was with me waiting to get tattooed. Dusty’s demeanor was so off putting/rude that my partner chose to leave without getting her planned tattoo because of how she was spoken to about her desired design/the booking process.
Overall the shop was incredibly clean, the front desk staff were friendly, but the experience was completely ruined.
