They are nice and friendly however I got my nose pierced and tongue pierced. I explained and as well as you can see my nose is rather larger and I was given basically a stud when I needed the L shape needles to say I bent down and down the drain went my piercing & only after 5days, I called and was told there's nothing they can do. My tongue piercing is fine. I see a few reviews on their nose piercing so you may not want to get it done here or just make sure they'll accommodate if something goes wrong.

We had such a horrible experience. They had our appointment time written down wrong, (had us written down for noon instead of 5) and the man there acted like it was our fault. We showed them our PayPal memo, as we put down a deposit to hold our spots for two of us to get pierced, and it clearly said 5:00. On top of that, they didn’t even attempt to contact us when they thought we missed our appointment, which is just kind of rude. I would almost give this place two stars because the piercing apprentice was super nice and had no problem getting our piercings done for us. The man there though, was so incredibly rude and acted like we were such an inconvenience, when the error was clearly on the side of the shop. I understand things happen, don’t get me wrong, I would have had no problem with the shop had he not made us feel so uncomfortable for their mistake.

This place is great! The staff is awesome and give you all the information about cleaning and caring for piercings and tattoos. Their $10 Tuesdays and Saturdays are popular. If you go on these days go early or be prepared to wait. But the wait is well worth it! I got my belly button pierced there and had a great experience. Will recommend to anyone looking to for a place to get tattooed or pierced. They are also very clean and sanitary. They only except cash and they have an ATM in one of their waiting rooms.

My wife got a tattoo here. Place is a wonderment of pop culture... It's like a museum of fine pop culture art and reference. Really clean, really cool and the artist and owner are inviting and cordial.

Fabulous atmosphere, phenomenal staff. Very friendly, amazing artists with experience and that are certified having gone through apprenticeship training. These people do outstanding work on their tattoos and have amazing skill sets! So glad I chose to get my most recent tattoo with them.

Took my daughter to another tattoo shop this morning.... they weren’t very friendly. Ended up leaving we landed at OG Tattoo. Bonus it was $10 piercings today. They were busy, but it was definitely worth the wait, great customer service, you are definitely valued as a customer. I ended up getting my nose pierced as well! I will be referring to them from now on!

Went to get my nose pierced there. Mind you I had never been there before.Walked in and waited for at least 30 minutes before anyone bothered to come to the front to acknowledge my presents along with the girl who had walked in before me. I asked how long it was going to be, he tells me 15 minutes, he acted like he was bothered that I even asked that. He put me in a small waiting are along with several other people and disappeared we were all left sitting for 45 mins. Rude!! I was there for a total of 2 hrs, I walked out! I won’t be back!!

I have always wanted to get a tattoo, and decided to start with something small. This was the first and only time i have been to this parlor, and i was not disappointed! They were running a deal where you could get small tattoos for a really decent discounted price. The guy who did mine was awesome. He was quick, but accurate, and even though I've always had a pretty high tolerance for pain, he made it as painless as possible. My favorite thing, was that we talked the entire time about whatever. He was an awesome guy! I could easily recommend this place to anyone, even if it's a bit of a drive, everything was absolutely wonderful!
