Everyone was quick, friendly, and very professional. Called about a piercing, gave me a price, scheduled me 30 mins later, I was in and out, in under 15 mins. Piercing looks great. Thanks Josh!

I have had a tattoo done here before and it turned out great. However, I tried to make an appointment to get something else and it was hell trying to make it. I called and was told to message on fb. I messaged and was asked what day would be good , I said monday. Monday rolls around, my husband and I drive an hour and when we got there they were closed even tho there hrs on monday are from 12 to 8. When he finally did message me back (Josh) he was incredibly rude.WILL NEVER be coming back here again.

I’ve gotten ink done here before and loved it. However, their customer service is not as good and after an entire day of trying to reach the shop and get an appointment, they continued to say I would receive a call about a time. Never received a response or a phone call and was left waiting until they closed. It is now the next day, and I have still received no response. I will not be making any further appointments with Mainstream.

All Cats Are Grey In the Dark
Go see Ryan Hallmark. He is a great artist and a friendly dude. I'm in the middle of getting my fourth tattoo by him and my husband also has several. He's been very hands-on in customizing our tattoos to be unique and exactly what we wanted. He makes time for us to get what we need and it's a laid back atmosphere where we hang out and talk while he works and it feels like chilling with a friend instead of sitting at a business. He will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend you go see him if you're even thinking of getting something and especially if it's going to be unique, cool, or nerdy!
