Went for daith peircing for migraines today. What an amazing crew!!!!! Drew did mine and he is a sweetheart!!The people are soooo nice and really care about their customers. The shop itself was immaculate. I drove from memphis and will definitely go back. Really puts memphis shops to shame. I highly recommend to anyone!!

I've been going to Sickside for over a year now. The staff and the service they provide is nothing short of incredible. The artists are professionals and give you exactly what you want, beautiful artwork that you can proudly wear on your body. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The cleanliness of the shop is remarkable. If you even remotely consider getting a tattoo, come to Sickside, where you'll be treated like family instead of just another customer.

Probably the worst piercing experience I've ever endured in my life. Not only did they not pierce me correctly, he pierced too close to the surface where it could easily be ripped out. Also the entire time he brutally bashed sacred art, and my tattoo artist. He was salty, rude, and quiet frankly he is a poor excuse for a piercer. If you are looking for quality do not go to sick side especially considering sacred art is 4 doors down and far better with the simplicity of customer service.

Highly recommend this amazing tattoo shop. They are all really nice and willing to work with you. Definitely come and see Colby to get you tatted right.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this shop and the owner Jack, the work I’ve had done here is amazing and I’ll continue to refer my friends in MS to this shop as well as get my work done here while I’m in town. I’m really glad to see that they’re getting rid of the unprofessional employees that were driving business away, can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this amazing business.

Artist where sloppy and Unprofessional. Customer Service was Rude and Disrespectful. They Treated you like Trash soon as you walked in The Door I wouldn't waste my money there most definitely wouldn't get a tattoo there if it was free.

I paid artist Stefanie Noel $140 plus a $30 tip up front for services on May 12th, 2015. We completed the first session which was just the outline, and she was to schedule a follow up appointment to finish my tattoo within 2 weeks. The first time I tried to schedule my appointment, the business was closed due to failure to obtain their business license. I asked them to contact me when they re-opened to schedule the appointment, no one did.

After appearing in person, the next scheduled appointment was for 5:30 PM on 6/8/2015. I contacted Sick Side and informed them I was leaving work and was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late to which I was told there would be no issue. I arrived at 5:45 and was informed that I was too late to start and they would need to reschedule again. I rescheduled my appointment again for 6/15/15 at 1PM.

Upon arriving on June 15th, 2015, there was a sign on the door that stated "due to a death of an employee, we are closed." I never received a phone call telling me my appointment was cancelled nor did I receive a phone call attempting to reschedule the appointment.

On Monday June 22, 2015, I showed up to Sick Side to ask for a refund. I was greeted with rudeness from both Stefani and the secretary who insisted that because she wrote my phone number down on a piece of paper, that was evidence she had attempted to reach me. I informed her that I had no missed calls from this number and again asked politely for a refund since it didn't appear that I would be receiving the services I paid for.

I was then verbally assaulted and threatened by Stefani and 3 other employees in the parking lot, that I took as a sign I should leave before things escalated into violence. I am now being threatened with lawsuits for slander by her for posting my opinions and viewpoints about the situation online as well as being harassed by her co-workers.

This is the only place I've gotten any of my tatts, jacks the only one that ever put tarts on me, I was going through a lot at the time I got my tattoos!!! ,my mom was dieing of cancer, Jack helped me more than I could ever explain, putting exactly what I wanted, dream catchers was my biggest thing, Jack came up with some awesome ones, I hope to see Selena jack soon ❤

It was Great!! Katie is The Best and also got my nose done he was Great also. The place is very clean and they take their time. 5 stars
