Horrible at replying to customers messages. Your hours say you close till either 9pm or 11pm and if I’m serious about dropping over 1k on a tattoo and your reply is, “you can’t do it because you have to be home” then you should consider changing your hours.

I called this shop and was told they could do my tattoo today. I got there and only one artist was in the shop and was told I would not be able to get my tattoo today after driving almost an hour to this place. Very unprofessional. Don’t tell someone they can come and then change your mind when they get there!!!! Awful
