WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL tattoo shop I have Ever encountered. I would Never trust Anyone at this shop to do work on me. Purely based on my experience up until now. Horrible communication between tattoo artist and client. I made a mistake by giving one of the artists the full amount plus $100 towards a tip (after the required $75). I ended up needing 3 surgeries with extensive recovery time. I asked kindly if he would return everything except for the original deposit, due to not knowing when I would be able to have work done again. No response. Then, I proposed to have my money except for the required deposit returned until the session is completed (whenever that is), and he still has not responded. Clearly this shop hires artists that care more about money than they do about their clients and the work that they do. I will GLADLY eat the money I have paid out of pocket instead of trusting an artist from this shop to put Permanent work on my body. BIGGEST mistake of my life was giving this shop a chance.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, Mafia Ink would get that! City was my artist and I HIGHLY recommend him! Not only is he super friendly, he made great conversation; laughed and joked around. My 4 hour sit time in the chair was a breeze. The piece he started looks absolutely amazing and I can't wait to finish it. I will recommend City to all my friends and family!

Back in April 2018 on one of their $20.00 Fridays my son and his girlfriend and I went and together we got 10 tattoos. I got 4 and only 1 was good. I went in today, July 25, 2018 to see if I could set up an appointment to have the 3 fixed and was told NO. I was told it was the placement and not their fault and if I wanted to I could pay to see if they could fix them as the owner stood and listened. From my experience (I have 10 other tattoos) other artists have always worked with me and would have told me a good place or maybe not and have always made it loud & clear "if touch up needs to be done or anything else to come back and it would be free". I couldn't even give them 1 star. Do your research before you get your tat and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
From a Mother of 4 and a Grandmother of 13 take my advice, it's not worth the hassle.
