I wanted my nose pierced. Called and was in the same day. Randy was very nice and made me feel relaxed. He helped me pick out the right jewelry for my piercing, and did a great job. The shop was clean and bright and inviting. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop if you are looking to get a piercing!

Friendly staff but mediocre communication and extremely long waits for piercings. You will also likely leave smelling like bad Marijuana.

went to go get my 3 piercing in september, the person who pierced my ear missed the spot where the marked it and messed up my ear with a random 4th piercing. the 4th one is closed up now.

They didn't properly pierce my industrial or belly buttons. I actually had to go to the ER the next day over it.
Another shop told me the way they did my industrial it would have never healed properly and would have caused me alot of pain for months.
They also used materials that I mentioned I was allergic to and the wrong type of jewelry for my type of piercing.

My boyfriend went for a nose piercing and cover up finger tattoo and I went for jewelry for my tragus. My boyfriends tattoo is really shakey, the lines are not clean and some of the lines are not connected. His nose piercing hurt because the needle was so big. The jewelry they have is one size only (16g) so when I couldnāt get the jewelry in when I went home I called and randy says āfor $20 I can put the jewelry in under sterile conditions.ā I donāt want to stretch or gage my tragus. They didnāt even disclose they only carried one size and I shouldāve asked but Iām not paying more money to have jewelry forced into a perfectly sized piercing. Randy also seems hard of hearing or he ignores certain people when they talk. He needs to find someone younger and up to date to run that business.

Went in for a walk in with a buddy of mine. The place is cool, they were super welcoming. I got a simple tattoo that ended up costing me $240 (the same amount my buddy paid for his) when I was in the chair for about 20 minutes.
Randy offered to fix them free of charge to help us love our tattoos. And refund the overcharge for my tattoo. His personality definitely helps lighten the mood!

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. I came to Ace for a septum piercing with Randy. At the time of the peircing there was too much blood for me to see the auctual peircing holes. The next day I got it cleaned up and realized that the piercing was done wrong. The right side was in the correct place but the left side was through the fleshy bottom part of my nose. It was really really crooked. I had a different shop remove it for me and they said the peircer definitely would have seen it was crooked and they should not have let me leave with it. The piercing was $90 and before I saw how poorly it was done- I tipped an additional $30. I am now out $120 and the piercing had to be removed so it could heal. I will have to wait a month and a half and pay a different shop to do it again. I emailed Randy several days ago to give him a chance to fix things but he is not replying to me. I included several pictures to show the peircing and I requested a refund due to the peircing being done incorrectly. I would not recommend coming here for any service. My piercing was badly botched- it wasn't just a small mistake or slightly off. I am not sure what else to do other than report the shop to the BBB.
