Shop is very clean. Previously got daith piercings in both ears from Wingnut. They have been very helpful with jewelry assistance. Paxton is super friendly and ready to answer any questions. All of the staff I have interacted with is professional, friendly, and ready to help. I would highly recommend and plan to be back for my future piercing and tattoo needs.

Unprofessional, unorganized, unsanitary, pierced incorrectly.
Both guys I interacted with were disrespectful from the moment I walked in. Condescending weirdos. Didn’t sanitize my jewelry long enough & pierced incorrectly. I should’ve left but I was excited to get my piercing. Disappointing experience. Thankfully I found an educated piercer who fixed their over priced mistake.

I went here and got 2 dermal piercings and my friend got 1. First of all I don't believe they use the right piercing tool to do these piercings. Second, the piercer was sooo rough that blood shot out of my piercing and got on the wall and the floor. My entire eye and all around it was bruised for a week. It looked like I was beat up. Third, they don't have prices posted on the jewelery, the piercer never told us how much it was and we asked a lady who works there and she had no idea. She asked him and he said $35 for each post and $35 for each jewel that goes on top of the post. It makes sense for the entire jewelery to be a bit more expensive because they are titanium but LORD! I paid $240 for two piercings and jewelery that I needed in there. I may have felt better about it if I had been told from the get go how expensive they were. I do however love my piercings. But I will not go back due to my experience. The piercer was very nice though.

I got a set of lobe piercings done by Justin and I cannot express how appreciative I am of how nice he is.
I was running a few minutes late and came into the shop in the middle of a minor anxiety attack and he and the girl working the front were both so nice and polite and didn't show an ounce of irritation while I was stuttering and shaking and apologizing. It was a really welcoming and friendly environment even though I probably didn't seem all that friendly, or welcoming, I was trying not to cry lol.
The shop was also super clean and the placement of my piercings is super cute. Highly recommend 10/10.

I was coming in for an industrial piercing, and they were upfront and honest with me that it would not be a good match with my ear. So instead we did my cartilage helix which I’ve also always wanted. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was ok! Gave me lots of after care information and made sure to answer my questions/let me know what to do if anything were to come up. They’re super nice and I highly recommend! I’ll be back for all future piercings!

Joel was amazing. It was my first time ever doing a piercing and I was definitely nervous but Joel made my experience 1000% better. I got my septum done and it was so quick and way more painless than I thought. Everything from the service to the piercing I loved. Definitely would recommend.

I went last week for 3 piercings.
Experience was great.
Jewelry was not. 4 days after the piercing the earring fell out, but I saved the hole with a different earring.
The jewelry they put in was just hanging out of my ear, and fell apart.

Called wingnut, and I figured they’d replace it, as they said the earring was surgical steel and would stay in for healing.

They were not willing to replace, and said they have no responsibility for it once I left the building.

Super disappointing, I thought they would replace the 50 dollar earring that lasted 4 days.

They would not.

Would definitely not recommend for jewelry… at the very least.

Nothing really special about this place. Piercer was kind and patient but did not do a great job of explaining what was going on. On top of that the prices of the jewelry were insane. I would highly highly recommend Captive Elements in Blaine. They’re my usual shop but they were closed so I went here instead. Should have waited until the next day.

I got my first ever piercings today with Paxton. I got both my earlobes done, and 2 in the flat/cartilage in one ear, so 4 total. I didn't feel a thing, would highly recommend! :)
