Staff was cool and welcoming. Only problem was the piercer put in to small of jewelry in my new daith so it swelled like a ballon and got a “daith boner” leading me to go see my regular piercer to fix it. The jewelry was also the cheapest metal made from China. Wouldn’t recommend

It was my first tattoo, Nick was very understanding. I went in a week before told him what I wanted and my budget, he drew it up and went beyond what I was expecting. I love it and would definitely would go back.

Terrible, the owner is bad business and a SCAM ARTIST. He waited until my friend was done to tell him a price and then after he got finished he told him a totally different price then the person working at the front desk. He charged $120 for 15-20 small words. The owner was very rude to his employees and his customers. The tattoo literally took 20 minutes to do and he wouldn't finish it and do the shading.

My daughter got a double helix ear-piercing here about a month ago - she is very happy with it, it is healing nicely. A nice and professional lady did it.

My fiancé wanted a septum piercing, payed $45 and was told it couldn’t be done because she was breastfeeding (which we totally understand) but then when she asked for her money back they said the register stopped working, gave her a “gift certificate”, just a paper I O U honestly, and when we came back later to get it refunded they said it was against their policy! You MADE ME take a gift certificate and won’t refund it? Okay.

All three of my tattoos and my septum piercing are from Evolved Artforms. I absolutely love them and will be getting all of my ink and piercings from them. They are lovely people and talented artists!

I was recently turned away from being served by this shop based on my health. It was very hard on me after I hung up. I felt like a worthless human being that dont deserve to live and became very depressed knowing I was unalble to get a custom tattoo for my 10th year anniversary to my husband. As I looked up the laws on this I found out that it was discrimination of Disability and was against the law and could have sued them for that but that's not me. If a Tattoo shop operating under clean and safe working conditions according to the law there is no risk of exposure. There has never been not 1 case in the US of anyone getting HIV from a Tattoo shop. I thought I had picked the very best shop but was very wrong on that. I wish they would have been more open minded . I hope in the future they learn the law and never puts another person through this like me into a very harmful and hurtful depression..
