This shop is amazing. Piercers always know what they are doing I have been pierced by many of them on multiple occasions for many years and have never had a bad experience. The shop holds a high expectation of their piercers and they never disappoint! Always a professional, clean, and comfortable enviorment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on body modifications. It is a tad pricey compared to other shops in the area but I would gladly pay their prices and come out with a awesome piercing. Never had good experiences anywhere other than eternal!

I've had multiple piercings done here and my experiences have been good. This visit, I went in to have the jewellery changed in my daith. The woman in the front wasn't exactly keen on the idea, and doubted they would do it, because it wasn't their jewellery. The piercer Brooke, however, was far more polite and charged me $5. Brook is fantastic. She's done a dermal on me, and I really recommend her to anyone. I tipped her $5, because I believe in tipping excellent service. I'd have given five stars, but the woman in front was rude. Brooke is worth five stars.

I got my ears pierced and it's my second time going to this location they are awesome and very knowledgeable and hygienic. The only thing that I don't like is that both times when I went there they didn't have all of their jewelry available so you have to come back and you want a certain style or call ahead. I have my inner conch and two helixes pierced

I feel like the only reason so many positive reviews are listed is due to the fact that Livonia residents aren’t knowledgeable on how much they should be charged and also that they can travel outside of city limits. If you want mediocre work with sky high prices then yes this is the place for you. Obviously a tattoo should be costly however these artists aren’t worth it. Even shops like Empire or suicide kings which are lower rated can give you the same quality for cheaper. And yes I’ve been tatted by many shops. On top of that I’ve never heard of a shop that doesn't do in person consults. Lastly when you can’t complete tattoos that are literal cartoon images to look like the cartoon then you shouldn’t be a tattoo artist and I’ve seen several tats come out of there butchered. Trust me when I say take a drive somewhere.

Tyler was excellent! Friendly, funny, professional, and knowledgeable! He reopened my tongue piercing and gave me a surface piercing on my chest. Everything was virtually painless!!!! He rocks! You can tell he cares about his customers and is passionate about his profession! Oh and most importantly, he's also the world's greatest dad(check out his certs wall)! LOL
