I had a less than great experience here. I had to describe what I wanted to the desk girl rather than talking to the actual artist that was going to do my tattoo. I came back weeks later for the appointment, and the artist didn't follow any of the instructions I had left with the desk girl on his draw-up of it- font choice (he used handwriting when I requested Helvetica), size (MUCH larger than requested), or design (printed out an image of what I wanted, got a completely different design). A random word was capitalized, so I asked him to please change it to lower case. He did, but did not seem very happy with my request. He was not friendly with me at all and seemed rushed, which also made the process more painful. I feel the experience would have been better if I were able to talk to the artist directly. I wouldn't go back.

I made an apointment 2 months ago and used a vacation day for it. When I showed up the artists wasnt there. We rescheduled for the following month. When I showed up for that apointment the shop was closed that day. I no longer use them for tattoo work.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
After scheduling a consultation with Shane, I drove half an hour to the shop, only to find Shane wasn't in that day. We did the consultation anyway, and I was told to call back in a week to schedule the tattoo. I did so, and was told that Shane hadn't finished it yet, and told to call back a week later. I did so again, with the same story. When I called back the next time, being told Shane would be in the store, he wasn't, as was the story for my fourth and final call to the store. How can the part owner of a business expect to make any money without scheduling any tattoos? Never going here again.

Came in as a walk-in and got waited on right away. This place is a little pricey, but they don’t make you schedule 3 consultations prior to actually getting any ink. They gave me exactly what I wanted and finished it quickly.

Never been here, don't have tattoos, this is not really a review. Just stumbled upon this place on Google.. A big round of applause to the person who thought of the name for this shop. Mos Eisley is the space port on the planet Tatooine in Star Wars.... Mos Eisley's.... Tattoo.... huh? huh? That's pretty damn ingenious.

Recently my dog had passed away, I have been to Mos a few times for tats. I took in a photo of Koty and Nick designed a tat from the photo I had provided.
The resemblance is perfection, my family and friends have seen the tat and said that it is Koty.

As an out of towner I spoke with several co-workers who have ink about a reputable shop and Mos came up, and man, they nailed it. Reasonably priced, professional and most importantly, great job.
Highly recommended and bonus points for being named after the fictional town from Star Wars: Mos Eisley on Tatooine. Get it, Tatooine – tattoo.. That’s pretty cool..
And don’t get anything douchy either. Austin TX has enough of that crap!

In 2007 I went there to get my tongue pierced. Worst customer service EVER.
Standard $50 price. However the person doing the piercing was crude, crass and downright unfriendly.
I hope he doesn't work there anymore
