Well, damn! Went in to scope out the shop my partner and I have heard pretty decent things on. Originally we were excited, as tattoo and piercing enthusiasts/supporters (as we have quite a few of both). only to be met with disinterest and cold replies from, What is now known as, the piercing 'artist ' who seemed MUCH more interested in whatever they were drawing/coloring in on their phone. My partner asked about portfolios for the artists available and to make an appointment while we were there and was shut down with: look on Facebook then find/ give a picture that you want, schedule an appt, ....ok. have a good one. (Lucky to receive that minimal kindness, imo) partner Didn't get to ask much more. I asked about a price on a piercing and, once again, was met with 'rather not' attitude, no help, no looking up from said phone, nada. It's honestly super disappointing to us as we figured of all places we would be met with a BIT MORE acceptance and appreciation. Needless to say, we will just go back to Ann Arbor or Mackinac. Good luck tho!

Very nice, clean shop. Great customer service. Consult with Dustin on design direction of project. Very easy to work with, listens to your ideas and helps you build a nice design, does not push or drag you into what he wants to do. This was a great first meeting and I am excited about the creation we will come up with. This place was recommended to me by friends and family that have had beautiful work done here.

I went in to get an opinion on my nose ring that I had pierced at a different place, it was pierced with an L shaped bar so it kept falling out easily and was really irritated from me having to put it back in, anyways I just wanted a professionals opinion but whomever it was that took care of us knew nothing about what we were trying to ask, didn’t look at the piercing or make any suggestions like whoever it was I talked to on the phone said they would do, and just had us buy the jewelry that (I) suggested and sent us on our way. He said he had only been there for a month or so, but if he didn’t have the answers he should have just said so! Nice guy just very unprofessional:/

I went in today (Jan 10, 19) alone to get my nipples and belly button pierced but they made me feel so welcomed and calm! I was so relieved considering it was a first! Not that painful. Well priced and loving hearts in their. Definitely recommend and will be back 😊
