I have been going to splash of color for all my tattoos and piercings since 2016. I love the atmosphere in the shop. All the artists and peircers I have worked with at the shop are extremely friendly and do fantastic work! I highly recommend the shop to anyone who asks.

If you're considering permanent makeup, this is a fantastic place to go! Megan did a combo brow (powder brow with some microblading) for me. They healed up really well after the first session, and after having my touchup session, I love them even more! She also did lip blushing for me, and I'm really happy with the shape and color she chose.
The studio is very clean and professional, and Megan herself is a really cool chick. She also makes sure you're comfortable throughout the entire process which is important given what's involved in these processes.
I can't stress enough how nice it is to have brows and lips that are full and beautifully shaped. Both have boosted my confidence and cut down the time I spend doing my makeup. I'm so glad I finally went through with it!

Had a good experience with getting my nose pierced. Pretty soon after I got pierced I started having issues. had a pressure bump that never went away. FOUR years later, still have a bump. turns out my piercing was done at completely the wrong angle. had to take the piercing out after four years.
I have multiple nose piercings and all other ones have been done at the right angle. I have had the SoC piercing looked at by multiple certified piercers and they all are surprised at how off of an angle the piercing was done. canβt do anything now besides take it out and get it redone once it heals.

my friend (f18) and i (f18) were going together to get our first piercings. we were excited to do this without our parents there, to be independent in our decisions; our piercer was andy and he did a very good job. he walked us through every step and he also showed me how a septum peircing works, as i want to get one in the future. he was super kind and he made my friend and i super comfortable. i definitely recommend going to andy if you are going here for piercings.
however,
when we were picking out our earrings we were looking at ones that were βdiamondβ flowers (thatβs how i would describe them). first of all i would like to point out that there were no prices labeled on any type of jewelry. picking out the earrings the woman helping us never pointed out any cheaper options or even told us the price straight up (we were never even asked how much we were willing to spend). when we had officially picked them out she said the price but it was incredibly quiet, my friend and i heard two different numbers. the paper that had all the prices on it was not even in a place where we, as the customers, could see the prices. the paper was hidden on a clipboard under another paper so it would be hard to see from the other side of the counter. we then went and got the piercings and after we went out to pay and when we got the bill it was $223. we were both very confused as we though it was going to be under $150. we ended up paying it and going home. when you look at the receipt (which is attached) you can see that there is no labels on any of the numbers written down. essentially, we did not know what we were paying for. my friends mom called after us telling her our side of the story and seeing the receipt, the woman said she told us the prices and we understood how much the earrings were, but how would we both understand the price if we heard different numbers? the three of us tried to look up the prices on the website but had a very hard time finding them as we kept being taken to other websites. we both agreed that this place was incredibly sneaky and took advantage of us. it was our first piercing so it would be easy to sneak something by us as we wouldnβt know much about it in general.
when i told people at work about this, they all suggested going to vivid ink instead and to NOT go to splash of color as they seem to have a reputation of being sneaky.
my sister (16) went to splash of color with my mom to get her second piercings and my mother said they were very sneaky even with her (an adult) there. she made sure to ask questions after hearing my friend and iβs horrible story of going to splash of color.
all in all i do NOT recommend going to splash of color for piercings. you should go to another place to get the piercings done.

I went in for the beginnings on gauges. I had the best piercer I could have asked for. Ask for Renee McKeith. She was so nice and yet professional and to the point to keep me from getting anxious. Over all a better experience than I bargained for.

I went to Splash of Color today to get pierced. The place itself was very clean, and all of the staff members I spoke to were friendly and welcoming. I was super nervous about getting pierced, but Renee did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. She explained everything to me as she was doing it, and made the experience as quick and painless as possible. I absolutely will be coming back to Splash of Color for my next piercing, and maybe a tattoo in the future! Definitely recommend it!
Update: Iβve now had 5 tattoos done at Splash of Color and Iβve had an amazing experience every time. The artists are friendly, fun, creative, and professional (Iβve been tattooed by Cali, Mikayla, and Brandon). Each of them did a wonderful job bringing my ideas to life and came up with beautiful artwork for me. I leave feeling fantastic about the tattoos Iβve received and to this day Iβm still so happy with them. Iβve been to a few other places for tattoos in the past, but none of them compare to Splash of Color!

Great experience. Got my septum pierced by Kenny very pleasant clean even during covid-19. All they ask is for you to bring in a couple documents to achieve your piercing procedure. Happy to oblige, Will go back if desired to get another piercing..

Updated/edited from my first and one star review:
If you go here I HIGHLY recommend you do **not** see Kenny. Terrible terrible experience and pierced where I didnβt want it π was extremely upset about it. Still am saddened by it but life goes on...
I had a second appointment with Renee and she was amazing!
Place is very clean.
Just gotta get there when the kind people are there and the atmosphere is nice :)
