First time I went was to get my ears re-pierced and my nipples pierced. Sami was great and adressed all worries I had even after they were done. Went in to get my nose pierced today, I was under the impression that a hoop could be put on right away unfortunately only a stud can be until its healed for 4-6 weeks. I called ahead to schedule my appointment and put my deposit now and mentioned hoops on the phone, although I did not straight out ask if hoops were an option right away the conversation left me with the idea that was something that could be done. I walked out with nothing but a lost deposit with something that could have been specified over the phone. Looked on the website and it also wasn’t specified there and last time I was charged 100 for my ears even though there is a repierce cost of 45, im not sure if that only applies to piercing done there as again it was not specified. Although I was asked if I wanted anything else pierced I didn’t have my heart set on anything else. Kind of disappointing.

Hands down the best piercing spot to go to! I’ve been going to Sami for over 2 years now and she has been an absolute blessing. My skin is wicked sensitive and I told Sami this, she was so knowledgeable about what type of jewelry to use and different types of ways to make sure my piercing was healing the best way it could. I will not let anybody else pierce me since I’ve been going to Sami. She is always smiling and her presence is so welcoming. Definitely a safe space for sure! Can’t wait to go back and get more piercings (:

Rob McElroy at Pleasure in Pain is the best! He is such an amazing artist and absolutely nails so many different styles of tattooing. He's in the process of working on my 6th piece with him, and I'm already blown away after the first session. He's quick, professional, very clean, and his work is top-notch. We went today and got my nieces nose pierced.
We saw Sami , she explained every step and after care , also recommended products.
My niece is on the spectrum and doesn't do well with being touched or new people.
But Sami made her feel so comfortable, we will be back next month!!!.. highly recommend her ❤ Thank you ......

My wife got a new piercing here, and the customer service is great. Nice comfortable and clean studio as well as knowledgeable staff! They gave thorough aftercare instructions, and offered to check on the piercing if there appear to be any issues or complications.

I have tried to work with owner and team unfortunately its been not good all around. The service on the phone was terrible, response times are more than a week and some of the staff can be rude and unprofessional. I didn't want to rate this however I been waiting on a tattoo redo that they did and it's been over a week. The pricing isn't reasonable, I the customer chase them and I really wanted to support a business that did both my tattoos however has changed for the worst. I wouldn't recommend them nor will I repeat give repeat business. I did try to give time and fair evaluation however I don't think they care about the customer or the business each person brings.

The apprentice was very rude to me when I told her that I knew another shop that would do my tattoos for less than what she was charging. I am an honest person and she told me she couldn't put the color in my tattoo and it would take 3 hours. Ummm no thank you. You didn't have to get mad though.

My nose piercing had closed over a weekend and I called Pleasure in Pain to see if they could re-open or re-pierce it. The lady on the phone was so kind, explained the whole process, and I got an appointment the very next day. Sami was so great, super knowledgeable, and professional. She explained everything to me, and made me feel very safe & comfortable. This is the only place I will ever go to get pierced! 10/10 truly such an excellent experience! Thank you Sami!
