The customer service of this place is nothing short of deplorable. Please, make sure that you book with your artist and NOT with the shop manager because you may find yourself turned away or at a locked up shop with zero explanation. Not to mention that the shop manager likes to try and berate previous employees on social media [while getting others to as well]. The shop may be filled with talented artists, but actions like these have made me go elsewhere.

Many extremely talented artist in this shop! Matt is my favorite artist and he is a very friendly guy! Plus there are lots of free snacks in this shop for the clients while you're getting tattooed.

This was the most enjoyable tattoo experience Ive ever had, 100% will be coming back. I traveled from out of state to start a piece with Matt Driscoll and left 2 days later with a completed half sleeve. Matt is a solid human being, amazing DJ, and the constant professional, working hard to perfectly capture what was in my head. So very happy with my tattoo! The shop itself is beautifully designed, stocked with all kinds of delicious drinks and snacks. And the other artists and manager were all very welcoming. The combination of all this made it feel like I was going to hangout at a friend's house and really helped to keep my mind of the pain of tattooing. Highly, highly recommend Matt and this shop!

Gabe is an amazing tattoo artist, and he even spent his time making sure the stencil was positioned perfectly before he started, and made sure I was pleased with it as well. All around nice dude, always made sure i was comfortable and felt alright while I was being tattooed. He takes his time, that's why his work is so amazing. Great experience. Well worth every penny!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'd reached out about getting a specific tattoo by my friend - following proper protocol for booking - and was straight up lied to about her availability. This shop has awful, absentee management who will try to push clients toward other artists despite specific requests. I'm just one of many who were treated poorly by management. Glad my friend left for another shop.
