Highly recommend as a source for a wide variety quality body jewelry. From "standard" earrings to very low gague earrings made of wood, stones, and metals. They have many handmade and artful styles that are stunning and priced fairly. Call ahead if you are interested in piercings as they do appointments for those and are not typically for "walk-ins".

I've been DYING to remove my belly button ring (My taste changed) and after like 10 youtube videos, thought I should leave it to the professionals. I happened to be in the neighborhood and just stopped in. This is actually where I got my bb pierced a million years ago so I remembered where it was. I went in, they were super helpful, someone learning the ropes observed which made me feel helpful, it took all of 30 seconds and they didn't even charge me! I left a generous tip, though. The guy removing my piercing asked questions, was very professional and kind, and I'd highly recommend this place to other people looking for the same service.

I recently went to Chameleon and was pierced by Owen! He was super knowledgable and professional! He walked me step by step through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable and at ease! I highly recommend Chameleon! Best experience I have ever had with a tattoo & piercing parlor!

Got my nostril pierced here by James, he is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and informative and calmed me down when I was super nervous. The piercing process didn’t hurt at all!! :)

Went to here to get my ear pierced some months ago. The shop is setup as a two piece. One side is straight tattoos which is the main shop. Outside of the shop is the piercing place where you chat to some blond chick with some tats and glasses, and she shows you the jewelry and does a fairly decent job answering your questions. Then you pay her and go into the main part of the shop. There was a bit of a wait but it wasnt so bad I assume it's because one of the piercers (the one who did me) Owen is highly professional, takes his time, and will explain everything that you want to you. Once I got done. He gave me an aftercare sheet and explained it one more time. I cant recommend him more. Been some months now and I've had no problems with the piercing, I wish I would've got my clavs (which rejected) done by him as well as he seems very thorough.
On a side note. I ended up going here finally because after trying to go to Pinot Bros twice. The piercer was never there. Though, apparently he works between this shop, Pinot Bros, and New Hampshire. I dont know how good he is, but Owen is great.

I have been a customer for years but haven’t been in since they’ve combined the jewelry store to be next door, only due to it being a little out of the way commuting wise. I made a special trip back to specifically go here and talk about a different tragus earring option. I’ve never had it changed out nor considered it until I came into a medical situation where I will need to remove it for an MRI and other imaging. After waiting for the store to open, I entered and responded to the “let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you”, with letting them know I was considering looking into a new ring. However, I was immediately scolded and it was verbally beaten into me that jewelry changeouts are never done on a Saturday - but I’m lucky because she can squeeze me in. Upon my partner asking what was so involved with the process to derail the scolding - it was then explained to me that most people don’t even change out nor should change that out. I proceeded to explain (first time I could even begin to explain my purpose for being there) that I need the ability to remove it myself when needed. This led to more scolding how that’s not the purpose of this type of piercing and we aren’t able to remove and replace by ourselves. I followed up explaining I understood the infrequent changeout nature of this piercing, but was trying to understand if a hoop would allow me to administer it myself easier than my flat back stud. The scolding continued until I ended it saying “I have a lot to think about” and left.
With this reason-I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I left, went online, and found what I needed there within a half hour. I have since learned how to remove my stud and replace with a hoop, which unlike I was told IS possible to do on your own, and solved my medical concern.
A year old video on YouTube was more friendly and helpful than the lady working at this local shop-and it breaks my heart to think the internet was better than local for the first time. I shop local-but never this one again.

While I do enjoy my tattoo, the artwork is wonderful, the artists took too many artistic liberties. When i was lying face down, not looking at my tattoo, the artist began to add shading and background detail that were NOT in the sketch that I agreed to. I asked what he was doing and he admitted to having gone off book. If he had asked I would have said no. Extremely disrespectful and I have been advising against this location for first times. I know people who might appreciate what he did, but i am not one of them. He should have asked before permanently adding something to my body I did not sign off on. Ridiculous

Half of my piercing fell out and needed an emergency earring. Store is listed as open, arrived to a closed store and the person running the tattoo shop didn’t even have the keys to the piercing side to purchase an earring. What a garbage place. Post your hours or closures on your website. Never coming here again. Woman managing was arrogant.

Went in only expecting to schedule an appointment, wanted to get something to kiss goodbye to a crappy year, but they were able to help me right then. (I'm sure a bigger art piece would have taken more planning, but mine was more straightforward.) Very happy with the outcome, and even more so with the staff, from being greeted to the final care instructions you get on the way out I never felt condescension or that I was wasting his time (which being Very left brained, I have felt from the artistics in the past :/) Next time I want to make a mark I'll be heading back. (for anyone who cares I got pi with a decimal place for each year I've been around, I know it stretches forever)

Very nice store, friendly people. Clean and well-set up, too.
Unfortunately, however, rife with ineptitude. I went in for a lip piercing. Everything went well until I got into the parlour proper. I explained what I wanted, and the piercer instead marked for a labret piercing. I explained that the placement seemed improper, re-explained that I wanted a lip piercing, and they assured me that this was the correct placement for one.
I unfortunately allowed myself to be cowed into conceding to what I thought was expert advice. The piercing I received is not only incorrect for what I wanted, but also slightly crooked. To add to my dismay, I very nearly cracked a tooth when the cheap jewelry put in broke into several pieces whilst I was eating.
In conclusion; it's a serviceable place, as long as you babysit your technician the whole way.
