I had my septum pierced by Francis on June 19. I've wanted a septum piercing for forever, but I was still anxious to get it since of course it would hurt. Francis was so kind and nice, he relieved the majority of my anxiety. He was quick and professional and nice, and did a top notch job. I'm for sure getting all my future piercings done by him.

Two of my friends and I came in for a walk in. Me and one friend were told the wait for tattoos was about three hours and agreed to it. Other friend got a piercing and was able to be helped immediately Francis was very funny and professional and did a great job on her conch.
Got notified an hour in advance for our walk-in time with a text from an actual employee (not an automated system) who was very responsive! Owner Jimmy was fast and very professional with our tattoos. He gave us lots of sizes to pick from and made sure we were comfortable. They also gave us a sample of their aftercare lotion!
All around had a fantastic experience for a very reasonable price given the quality and professionalism. I would highly recommend Seaport to anyone looking for piercings or tattoos!!! I will never be going anywhere else in the Boston area!
Note: if you want to get a walk in tattoo that day I’d recommending heading in right after opening so you’re at the top of the list. :)

After the amazing service I received from Seaport, I felt somewhat obligated to leave this review. The customer service is amazing. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The environment is very spacious, clean, and appropriate. Francis did a great job of informing me of the risk factors and gave detailed directions to help me maintain my piercing. There is truly nothing bad I can say about this establishment and it’s service.

I got tattooed by Jimmy and had a nose piercing cleaned/fixed by Francis...had an amazing experience both times! The shop is super clean and everyone is extremely nice and professional. My tattoo healed perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I forgot my wallet when getting my piercing fixed, and Francis super graciously allowed me to come back and pay for it. I was so embarrassed but he put me at ease and was really nice about it. Will definitely be coming back for any and all future piercing/tattoo needs! Highly recommend for anyone from first timers to those with experience.

Can't recommend Seaport Tattoo enough! I have been wanting to add to my memorial tattoo for a while; researched many area artists. Finally found Mark Vata @vata.vision_ink; he is new to the shop but I just loved his style and strong art background. Very easy to communicate with and was able to book an appointment within a week. He did the most phenomenal job; really took his time and it is just perfect. He is super talented and Im thrilled to showcase his gorgeous botanical monarch forever.

Jimmy is my tattoo guy and he has done amazing work for me. He is a stand-up guy and very well seasoned at his profession. He doesn't mess around and take a ton of breaks. He is the master of his craft. I would tell anybody if you want work that will love forever, he's the one.

They did a good job but the guy made me feel very unwelcomed and he was very impatient with me. I’m used to feeling comfortable at tattoo places and having really awesome artists that are super kind but I’ll never be going back because not only was the guy super grumpy, it was way overpriced!! Especially for the small tattoos I got! Their starting price is $100 and it’s pretty ridiculous. I got a bigger and better tattoo for way less at another place so I’m kinda disappointed.

Good my first tattoo here with Bruno. A half sleeve for my left forearm. These guys were great and I had a lot of fun. Bruno was awesome. Definitely will recommend this place to others.
