My girlfriend and I went, during a vacation, to get some medium sized works and we were very pleased with the end results. The lines were extremely clean and professional, the shading and detail gave depth to the final product and the overall experience was welcoming without being unprofessional.
The setup was meticulous and sterile; they treated the experience as a cosmetic medical procedure and that put us at immediate ease. Their artistic talent led them to perfect the designs we gave them so that the final product was even better than we envisioned.
Our artist was Ty and she was very patient and engaging; although both our pieces took over seven hours given her meticulous attention to detail and the complexity and realism of the work, her engaging attitude and fun demeanor made it seem much shorter even though the final product was indicative of her talent and attention to detail. She is a star in the making and I highly recommend anybody seeking work to seek her out now because once the word gets out, she'll be hard to book.
Even though I already stated such, I would be remiss to not emphasize the comfort level she gave us in terms of the sterility and cleanliness which just emphasized her level of professionalism and seriousness.
If I'm ever planning on being in the area again, I totally plan on making this a part of the trip. Even if I'm not, it might be worth the trip for another piece. Fantastic work, even better experience.

She was more than helpful throughout the design process, very friendly throughout the whole session, and I feel her work speaks for itself. I was the first customer of the day, so I got to converse with other artists during my session as well, including @tatsbyangie and @inkmeup_kevo, both of whom were likewise amazing to be around.
