Just got my nose pierced at the Crofton location yesterday evening, and they are great! The place is sooooo clean and smelled great! The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and less stressed about getting a tattoo or piercing! Melissa pierced my nose and she was no sweet and made me feel very comfortable. best place in the area by far! Go Melissa! You rock babygirl!!!

A friend recommended me to ROT for a nose piercing. I got my nose pierced here yesterday and I love it!!! I walked in and out in maybe 15 minutes total, only waiting about 5-10 minutes to begin. Jax was amazing, she made sure I was okay with everything throughout the entire process, she made things quick and easy, assured me about the pain. As for the place as a whole, SO clean and beautiful. I have no doubts that they made sure my piercing tools were as sterile as possible. Highly recommend for walk in piercings!!!!

I'm really excited to come back here about the possibility of a tattoo. I went in and got a cartilage piercing 20 minutes before closing. Everyone was so polite, the place was organized and sanitary. I've never been in such a professional looking tattoo parlor.

Nicky worked on a cover up of a cover up for me. I have been looking at this hideous ink spot that looked like a jailhouse tattoo for 20 years. I was so anxious because I knew it was going to be big, and the vision I had was almost impossible. Everyplace I went before him either didn't want to touch it, gave me the same option..cover it with a rose or something, or told me what I wanted couldn't be done. He was willing to give it a shot, and LITERALLY KILLED it!!!!! He was patient with me, and free~handed part of it giving the tattoo it's own unique one of a kind PERFECTION with his artistic expertise!!! He is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!!! He even made sure it wasn't big, which was a bonus! He created something ABOVE & BEYOND anything I could have expected. It's SO PERFECT!!! He will be fixing another awful tattoo I have had for 20 years next!!
The shop itself is very nice, looks like something on a TV show. GREAT experience on every level.

The people who work there are professional but very relaxing. They offer suggestions when needed. It is immaculate in the Crofton store. I have had several piercings and tattoos. You can pick who you work with or just walk-in.

They only provide customer service to select few. Not great at communicating, artwork looks mediocre (saw a tattoo a friend got there... didn’t look clean really) it’s an “ok” spot to get tatted.

Comfortable atmosphere, wonderful artists, really all you can ask for and more from a tattoo shop.
In addition I have psoriasis and as such needed to make sure the ink was high quality, and the artist (Nick) was very good about answering any questions about their ink (including showing it to me, and I did my research), aftercare while the tattoo healed, and even making sure to tell me it's a good idea in the weeks before to apply lotion to the area to make sure it was psoriasis free before getting a tattoo because you should never tattoo over active psoriasis.
My partner has also gotten tattooed here multiple times (also by Nick) and hers are all fantastic as well.
Would recommend 10/10, this place goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and the skill of their artists.

Walked in today for a cartilage piercing and was not disappointed. The staff was amazing from start to finish and Jax calmed my nerves through the entire process. Would definitely come back here for future piercings.
