I had an apt at 10am this morning 10/24. Jason decided not to show up and ignore all of my messages even though it showed he was active on facebook. I drove over an hour to get a tattoo and then he decides not to show up.

Tried to book an appointment for some piercings. First they said the piercer was out and I had to message them on Facebook. It took them a day to respond. Then several days go by and they give me a number to call which was fake, and then they swore at me when I suggested a time that was apparently not good for them. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Not worth the trouble. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated well. Very disappointed in this establishment. Iām not usually a Karen but I needed to say something because this got me HEATED.

Brought our daughter in to have her nose pierced and Jason was amazing. He was kind and caring. He moved in a fluent motion so that she didnt have time to become overwhelmed or change her mind. Afterward she felt a bit faint so he offered her a lollipop and bottled water and told her to relax until she felt better.

Consistant work albeit not always the best bedside manner. And will charge you about twice what you are originally quoted, so bring extra cash. But would recommend otherwise because of the wprk alone. ā
