Unprofessional Poor Quality

Professional tattoos and body piercings? More like a dizzy Helen Keller trying to pin the needle on your body. Worst place to go to by far and I promise you a majority of these "honest" reviews that are over 2 stars are from them. You'd most likely have a better chance at properly piercing yourself if you were drunk and bought a couple diy piercing kits off amazon from some shady seller. Save yourself and go to somewhere actually worth your money and time.

Friendly Employees Comfortable Environment Sanitary Highly Recommend

The employees were very friendly and made me comfortable for my first piercing ever. I loved the environment and would definitely go back for another piercing. They were very sanitary and went over everything before. Would highly recommend.

Bad Service Unprofessional Incorrect Placement Infection Expensive

if you're looking for a place to get a piercing, this is not the place. my friend and i came into this shop a few months ago hoping to get some piercings. we expected to get good service due to all of the positive reviews. we expected wrong. i'm assuming all of the reviews on here that are higher than 3 stars are fake. this place is extremely unprofessional and does not even know the correct placement for piercings. i can't remember if my piercers name was Juan or Stevie Wonder. also even after the strenuous aftercare routine i was told to follow, my piercing still became infected and i developed blisters on my ear surrounding the piercing. i wish i could give 0 stars, but i cannot. please save yourself the 60 dollars and go somewhere else.

Professional Clean Shop Fun Experience

My daughter had a tragus piercing with Juan. He was very thorough with paperwork and care instructions and was very professional while still making it a fun experience. The shop was clean and had a nice welcoming atmosphere. The piercing looks great!

Bad aftercare instructions Ill-fitted jewelry

4 weeks ago I was eager and excited to go get my nose pierced after thinking about it for years. Friday I ended up taking it out after battling with it healing for those 4 weeks. I followed the exact aftercare instructions that were given to me every day. Only to continue to have 2 irritation bulges that were so large and angry looking they bleed every day, the swelling got so bad that it blocked the whole inside of my nostrils! I'm unsure of the type of metal that my hoop was my fault for not asking) but it's clear it wasnt a good match for my piercing and I've also been told by several other shops that my jewelry was ill fitted and this caused the bumps. I did try to replace it with a stud, however the swelling was so bad still the new jewelry didnt even reach the inside of my nose! So I am letting it heal up and will be going to a different shop to get it re done.

Poor Customer Service Unprofessional Behavior

I called about getting my hand done, which must be legal because they had me come in. Then proceeded to treat me, a 25yo man like a child and turned me away for my DAUGHTERS tattoo. Ignorance.

Talented Artist Great Customer Service

Corin has done both my tattoos and they both came out beautifully and just as I wanted them to. She's wonderful! She keeps you talking while she works and the time flies. I can't wait to go in for my next one!

Bad Service Inexperienced Piercer Painful Experience Damaged Jewelry Overpriced

Avoid coming here to change your body jewelry if you wish to change to something threadless. I needed to change my relatively young nostril piercing to a labret style piece of jewelry because of healing issues, and the out-of-state APP-certified piercer who had pierced my nose advised that I not do it myself and that surely a non-certified piercer should at least be able to change out jewelry without much fuss. Maine has no APP-certified piercers and at 45 minutes away, this was the nearest piercing parlor to me. The piercer had seen the type of jewelry before, but had no experience with it. This resulted in a painful and bloody jewelry change in which I was ultimately the one who changed the jewelry out since I knew how much to bend the pin (I had to unbend it because he had bent it too much). I was there for at least 30 minutes for a change that should've taken less than 10. He also warped the captive bead ring that I had been wearing beyond repair while taking it out. I begrudgingly still paid him for his time and materials, but I will never be going back and I do hope that he will consider attending some seminars or conferences to grow his knowledge.
