I booked an appointment here about two weeks out, paid my deposit and when I showed up the person working told me that the entire shop except for him went on a “field trip” for the day. The tattoo artist I booked with didn’t seem very apologetic, and simply just said that he wasn’t sure how my appointment got overlooked, as they all had that day blocked off. I got my deposit back, but I wouldn’t trust their word to say that they will keep your appointment.
