Got a half sleeve tattoo on my right arm last year and absolutely love it and have gotten a lot of compliments on it! Allen is a wonderful artist and does amazing work! I highly recommend this shop for any and all tattoos and look forward to having another tattoo done there!

I walked in having never been in Cut Throat. The owner, Alan, was there and we discussed a very large coverup. His expertise helped guide me to a large Japanese style brightly colored dragon. Several sessions later he completed his design. I’m absolutely in love with his work and creativity. I have been back several times for additional work and he has nailed it each time. The personal touch that I received here is exactly what I was looking for. Alan will be my artist for as long as I’m still on this earth. The shop is clean with a very cool vibe. His artist are second to none. This tattoo shop is the best in Acadiana if not the state. I can’t recommend any higher.

Got a tattoo from Allan and he did a great job. Love the tattoo I got a heart with my wife’s name in it. He passed on some knowledge of tattoos I didn’t get from a previous artist and his price was lower than other artists quotes and the tattoo is great quality. Would definitely recommend him to anyone

Went to Allen for my first tattoo and i can’t even begin to explain how amazing the experience and service was!! He did a BEAUTIFUL tattoo on me and we had an amazing conversation about it. I got 2 Koi Fish around a scar on my wrist. He knew what my scar was for and really understood how significant the tattoo was for me The atmosphere was wonderful and the people were wonderful. Another artist even came to check in to see how it was going as well🥺 Love this place so much. I will definitely be going back here for my new tats!

Allan has done several of my tattoos. He is very professional and does a very good job. I had him do one with my mothers own handwriting and he did an amazing job on it, it looks exactly like her handwriting. He is the best and I will be back for my future tattoos.

I received my first nose piercing from Allan in 2019 on my 18th birthday and love my experience with him. QUICK AND EASY. Months later I came back for a small tattoo on my ankle because of their $25 deal for small tattoos on saturdays and was it an impulsive choice? yes. but what do you expect from an 18 year old?😂 Allan, also, gave me that tattoo and of course, my experience was great because he loved that thrill of a young teenager making those impulsive decisions. I would absolutely love to have him do another one.

I found Cutthroat Tattoo on FB when searching for a tattoo shop, I read the reviews and also searched through pics of Mr. Allen’s work! I decided that he would be the best for me to go to for my very first tattoo! When I arrive, he explained the procedure and showed me all of his sterilized instruments. Once he got my piece ready, he called me to the chair! I was a little nervous, but he assured me I’d be fine! He was so kind, and kept talking to make me less nervous! We were done quickly and I was in love with my new art! I’d recommend Mr. Allen to anyone! I’ll be back soon! Thank you for making my first tattoo a great experience!

I got a jelly fish tattoo from Allen a while ago. The tattoo process went great. He was professional and a joy to be tattooed by. The tattoo still looks great. No fading. Great lines. Crisp. I can't wait till I'm able to make it back for another one!
