I came here to get my tattoo, drove about an hour and a half, and showed up during “operating hours” only to find that they were closed.
I understand that emergencies happen, but the whole place was lit up with signs screaming “OPEN” so we drive around, came back, and still, nothing.

I just called these people and the guy who answered the phone literally told me “no one in the state of Louisiana is legally allowed to pierce ears” I just called and ask him ONE question and he gave me an hour long speech about how it’s not legal. Never calling them again.
