Besides all the above, everyone friendly, so laid-back. I absolutely enjoyed my artist David Grams. He is very personable, and is an awesome artist. When finished, I was and still in aawww. I will come back. David Grams is my artist.. love my tatt. At store in about 7 minutes 3 compliments ☺ right away. I am proud of my tatt. I do love the fact that took great care of my husband due to his disability. Kanya is just the sweetheart and her husband John is a good man. They both are honest kind people who make you feel at home. I have to say, that this is the right place for my husband and I. I do highly recommend them, they have gone out of their way to make sure your visit is a wonderful experience. Also they do care about the tattoos placed on your body. Thank you guys, so much.

Kevin was the only one available and it really wanted Jon but he wasn't available. I really just wanted to reschedules but Kevin insisted that I go to him. He wasn't kind and made me feel like saying no wasn't an option. He came off as rude and made me feel like I had to see him. He was as narcissistic and I upfront and told him no and left. Rude and wouldn't let me speak and insisted he knew better than me. I saw his work and Jon's and I was set on Jon but he was so rude l left he started making fun of me. Horrible customer service!

I started a sleeve with Jon and it has been an awesome experience. I sent him references pictures, gave him an idea of what I wanted and he went above and beyond in bringing my idea to life. He was patient, open minded and very professional when it came time to tattoo. His work, time and dedication is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo, whether it be a single piece or an entire sleeve.

I went to Jon at HOHW with a crazy idea of a tattoo I was 100% sure he had never done. It’s something that was very sentimental to me and my wife representing our awesome children and 2 that we had lost. He took every single detail I gave to him and turned it into something my wife and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. I don’t know if he or anyone at this shop realizes what his awesome work means to us. He came up with an original drawing of his own with my ideas and desires laid out on paper for me the minute I walked in the door for my appointment. To anyone looking for original artwork and an atmosphere better than any tattoo shop I walked into in Clarksville or Oak Grove, I HIGHLY recommend HOHW! They wanted my business the minute I walked in the door and worked hard to earn and keep my business. I won’t walk into another shop again in this area for any of my tattoo work. My family will be using Jon from here on out as well!

My name is David from Nashville. I went to Hell or Highwater tattoo polar in Clarksville, TN. Kevin and David are the men to see. I wanted a couple of tattoos to represent myself and my daughter that’s a marine and they did so awesome that I have been back three times already.

I can’t express how happy I was a few months back and still am with not only the performance of getting my tattoo but the whole time I was constantly being comforted and everyone continued to make sure I was okay asked if I needed a drink etc, but before and after the tattoo session the constant cutting up and cracking jokes creating a warm homey environment feeling like you’ve known everyone your whole life, on top of keeping a clean professional work space you will NEVER catch it dirty or even a speck of dusk on any of the statues hanging around. If I could rate this place 100+ stars I would. You would have to go and get a tat to understand how this shop works. I love it ! ❤️

I have had a great experience at Hell or High Water Tattoo. I gave Jon a few pictures and told him I wanted a patriotic sleeve to represent me retiring from the Military with 20 plus years of service. I gave him free reign and he has knocked it out the park. I absolutely love it so far. He is a great artist. The shop is clean and has a laid back and friendly atmosphere. I have had quite a few tattoos done in this fine establishment. I know what a bad tattoo is, I've had one for many years, but after getting some work done here, I talked to Jon about my options. Not only was he able to fix what many local shops told me couldn't be fixed he made it better than I could have imagined.
Top-notch artists, and a fantastic experience every time. I have plans for a lot more ink, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
