Terrific experience. Clean, well-run, organized, friendly, and professional. Zoe took great care of me and my friend, both 50-something women who were a little nervous. I got 2 ear piercings, and she got a nose piercing. Highly recommend!

I got my first tattoo here by Dakota, I found her on Instagram and through my friend, her work is great so I was really excited but when I got to my appointment which was at 430 I had to wait until 5 or so to get my tattoo and to be honest that didn’t really bother me but just something I noted. Once I got in the chair she asked me what I wanted and came back with the stencil and placed it on my foot, she had me put my foot on her stool to place it and honestly I never thought to check the stencil before hand because I had a reference photo of exactly what I wanted same words same font then seeing it after it was done I was highly disappointed. It wasn’t the same font it was more loopy, and honestly it’s not a bad tattoo it’s just not what I was expecting and I feel like with an additional communication it could’ve been prevented but now I have a tattoo I don’t really like. Overall this jaded my first tattoo experience but I know if I ever get another I will be overly communicative about EXACTLY what I want. I did reach out to see if she could some how change the font to what I wanted the only thing she said she could do was a cover up and unfortunately I don’t want another tattoo, so I’m hoping this one grows on me or I’ll just get it removed.

Zoe the owner did my nose piercing and did amazing. He was fun and made me feel very comfortable. He was thorough with explaining everything and was very gentle and calming. I’ve gotten pierced at other places where the workers seemed snobby and rude. But he was so laid back and cool and the ambiance and artwork in the shop was perfect. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back!

I have Been going to Zoe for years for piercings and tattoos! He has been the best in the city. I had an appointment today for my daughter and niece to get their ears pierced. We were greeted with smiles and friendly staff as always. Shop is very clean with a great atmosphere. I am extremely satisfied with their ear piercings they were done efficiently and flawlessly, I will be returning in a couple weeks to get my other nieces ears done. I will always recommend Zoe’s tattoos & piercings to all family and friends ❤️
