Amazing! I was very impressed from the start. It was my son's first tattoo, his own design and something very close to his heart. Rick Gray was awesome! So patient and understanding. He was quick and did a wonderful job!! I would totally recommend him and Lucky Gal!

Derek and a nice girl (sorry I didn’t catch her name) did a great job piercing my teen daughter's ears. Great selection of earrings and they were helpful by explaining material differences in the various choices. Most importantly I felt comfortable, and my daughter was comfortable. The shop was clean, I saw good sanitary practices being used, and the pricing was good. We had fun and will be back again.

Technically wasn’t at the Southside location- I went to the new Clive location on NW 86th St and was pierced by Charlie. I arrived at 7:00 and even though they were closing, he still went ahead and did me and my boyfriends nose piercings for us. He was super nice, did us a huge favor, was very clean and knew what he was doing. Thanks so much!

Got great a great new piece, diligently done with great style by the best guy. Henry was fantastic! All he had to go off of was some general pics of kind of what I was thinking, chatting with me a bit and and what it was about. His art is superb and captured the essence of my departed wife to a T. Highly recommend this lovely place and Henry, he's a truly great Artist. I'll be back.

I had an earlobe pierced that had become embedded. The jewel had been sucked into the lobe. When visiting, the staff carefully cleaned and removed the piercing. The earring was replaced with something less likely to result in the same issue. Staff also explained additional tips for swelling and infection.
The customer service was polite and professional. I was stressed about the issue and left feeling much more confident. I'm thankful for the service that I received, especially as part of a walk-in appointment.
