I worked with Ron, Huck, Shoey, Ryan, and Dan for a day and I have to say, they were excellent! The service was great, the tatoos were outstanding, plus all of the employees were all around kind, amazing people! I give 5 stars, highly recommended

Got a piercing and Mike or Mikley does a great job. My other family members got piercings as well. He is quick and does so well.

They took my $50 deposit I put down to get my tattoo. I told them what I wanted when I made my appointment. When I showed up they wanted to give me an artist who only does cartoon characters.. I was like ummm no I told you what I wanted and it's not a cartoon. The tattoo artist started cursing me out and my daughter was with me. Even the guy working the counter told him to stop and apologise! He said man that's not cool she's a good customer don't do that!! The artist kept going in .. the man at the counter had to physically push him in the back! I told them I wanted my money back. They told me go to the rock island store to get my refund. He even called over spoke with the manager who sd send her over. When I got there he tried to get me to have sm1 else do it. I was like no.. after how the other guy just cussed me out ill go somewhere else.. he refused to give me my money back!! To this day I'm still trying to get my refund! It's been months!! I guess I have to get legal now just to get my refund back.. smh! Not good customer service O'Tools!

Worst piercing experience of my life was crooked and way to deep leaving me with a terrible scar and a rejected piercing I also have a friend that went here for a nose piercing and she had a really bad experience too!!! I don’t recommend anyone coming for a piercing

Ryan has done my daughters first two tattoos, and will be doing the rest of her Studio Ghibli sleeve. First he did a cover up with No Face from the anime movie Spirited Away, and last night he did Kiki & Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service. These tattoos are perfection. Ryan and the entire O'Tool team are the best in the QC!
