This was first time going to Inkstinct and couldn't be more happier...there was a slight hiccup with the appointment time but Andre by far exceeded expectations for being a tattoo artist...his tattooing skills are absolutely on point and his personality was just as awesome..he makes you feel like he has known you for years which takes away that awkwardness..thanks again for a awesome experience and most definitely will be back...
