Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever received at any industry. As soon as we walked in we got YELLED at for not having a mask on which I understand so we went and got masks. But after that we were so disrespected that it was almost embarrassing. Dirty looks from every employee in there and on top of that just pure and utter disrespect. If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would and I would highly highly recommend not using them due to the fact of the poor customer service.

I absolutely love this place! I recommend coming here! The staff is super friendly. I definitely recommend getting the tattoo artist Sieto. He did an amazing job on my very first tattoo! I absolutely love it!

Walked in today and worked with Zak on an idea I had for my new tattoo. Zak did an amazing job! He is so talented and I am so happy with my new tattoo. Friendly, clean and welcoming atmosphere. I will definatly be back for future tattoos.

Seito has been doing my tattoos for over 3 decades now and has NEVER disappointed me. Seito is a genius and knows his stuff when it comes to tattoos. However on my last visit the guy at the desk stated it would be a while before Seito could get to me and recommend Donna. My gut instincts told me NO but being that wanted a simple long stem rose with my granddaughter name how hard could that be right? Well let me tell you Donna is the absolute worst tattoo artist I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional and sloppy outline work. I can't wait until 4 weeks for this disaster of tattoo to heal so I can have Seito redo it. A total waste of $160.00 dollars than after Donna ran my visa card informed me that I would be charged additional $12.00 fee. I seriously started to call my bank Chase and stop the payment. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF DONNA.

It was actually terrible. Crazy covid restrictions. Wouldn’t let me stay with my newly 18 year old daughter getting her first tattoo. Which was a unexpected for us so she is now extra scared to be alone and Chencho did nothing to help calm her and instead yelled at her for moving and sent her into a panic attack. He not so graciously “bent the rules” and allowed me to be with her. His attitude was arrogant, impatient and downright hurtful. Her tattoo looks good but We will never return and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Been going here on n off since 2012. It’s a very clean shop with really great artists. My tattoos have held pretty well for the time n sun damage I got. I recommend Chencho.

Seito is Awesome! He did my most recent tattoo and my best friends! But I also had work done by Chencho years ago and his work still looks good!!! Definitely make an Appointment and get Tatted Here!

stopped in with my boyfriend to get matching tattoos. showed them the reference pic and this is what we got. his tattoo was bleeding so bad you couldn’t even see it. he asked donna to wipe off the blood and ink to see it and she said nope and then bandaged it. these tattoos are absolutely horrid. looks like a 3 yr old did them. i’m at a loss on what to do. probably going to get them lasered off. i’ve had one fine line tattoo done by zak in the same spot on my other ankle, and it turned out amazing and i didn’t feel absolutely anything. felt like she was grinding the needle into my bone and kept going over it. i’ll never be coming back here. no matter how talented the other artists are, the fact that they would hire this woman is beyond me. first two pics were the pics i emailed them.
