Got a piercing done by Will and had a great experience. He was very informative and straight up with what I was getting. Cool personality and comfortable to work with. I LOVE my piercing!!

They took my $50 deposit on 9/20 and I never heard back from them. On 9/30, I called Tony and requested a refund of my deposit because I had a change of mind and my idea had not been accepted.
Tony said he would refund my $50 because he had not even reviewed my request.
On 10/11, I asked for an update on my request for refund. Tony responded a couple days later that he would look into it.
On 10/23, I again asked for an update on my $50 refund and got no response. On 11/1, I again asked for an update on my refund and have not yet received a response.
Keep in mind that the website says they will accept your tattoo idea or reject your idea and refund your $50 within 1 week. It has been 6 weeks and I have requested my refund 4 times.
Please feel free to reach out and let me know the status of my refund. However, I get the impression you’re just going to keep my $50.

Would recommend this place anyone looking to get a piercing done. I just got my nose pierced here and Will was super explanatory of the entire process and everything was clear, quick, and easy. Will is super detailed when it comes to helping pick jewelry and deciding the placement of the piercing itself. The piercing looks amazing and I had an overall great experience. I got my ears pierced here a year ago--Will was super friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me like we'd known each other for years. The atmosphere here is awesome! i made the bad decision of taking out my nose ring (corkscrew one) and the piercing is only a week old. they did pierce it, but Will put it back in free of charge. he was super helpful and worked with me to find a good hoop for my other nostril. would definitely recommend
