My husband and I decided on the spur of the moment to get tattoos on his birthday. We wanted matching coordinates of where we were married. We decided on Outkast Tattoo and let me tell you I don’t go to many tattoo parlors but Outkast was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. This particular night it was snowing heavily and the only two there were artists Jared and Josh. They could have turned us away (Especially after finding out Jared lives in Decatur) and said were closing up, but they didn’t. They treated us as if we were there when the doors opened for the day. They took there time and made sure we were happy! Great place and 10 out of 10 would get tattooed again and Outkast!

Had the displeasure of dealing with Tom. He is the most miserable unhappy hateful POS. I first spoke to him after taking a break, he smelled like weed and looked high. Don’t ever pay him to show you something before the work is done. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

After getting a pretty neat tattoo I notice after a couple of days that part of the tattoo was blotchy. I waited 5 weeks to get a touch-up. Now, it's been 3 days since the touch-up yet I see the same pattern from the original tattoo - blotchiness in part of the tatt. After this touch-up, I looked in the mirror and noticed that the tattoo wasn't really saturated, which is when I asked him again to give it another try (and he did). So, I got up without rechecking cuz I trusted he got it this time. I went ahead and tipped him again (not as much as I did the first time, but tipped nonetheless). Now, I tried to remedy this issue by emailing the "artist" Josh, on the issue yet instead of taking ownership he gave me an attitude and said I left satisfied though he said I needed to give the tattoo time to heal. So what is it? Leaving satisfied does not deem me to critique the tattoo or not waiting for it to heal? P.S. I waited 5 weeks and it did not change so common sense says if I see the same pattern even after hours and 3 days since the tattoo was touched-up then another 5weeks isn't going to change that. Will pay elsewhere to get it done nicely.
