Kevin did a lot of work on me about 20 yrs ago. Still look brand new! People can't even believe they are that old & still look new! Even took 3rd place at my first tattoo convention back in the 90s for a full leg. It's 42 inches long. I gave Kevin free reign as to the work. It is entirely his original concept. He also did 5 more before I had to move out of Springfield. But I'm BACK! Older & Bolder! GREAT WORK KEVIN ON EVERYTHING YOU DO! YOU ARE THE ONE & ONLY. BEST WORK I'VE EVER SEEN.
I'll never forget Kevin telling me this at our early days: "Cheap tattoos aren't good & good tattoos aren't cheap." How absolutely true!

I've been going to Kevin for awhile now and he's perfect. He doesn't smoke cigarettes, he doesn't milk the clock and he's a true veteran. He's got a ton of experience and covers a lot of ground while not being heavy handed. I will happily continue to go back every 2 weeks. He doesn't just tattoo, he gets you laughing and you feel like family when you're there. From day one you can have a lengthy conversation with him. He's awesome!

If I could give this guy a zero star I would. I had $1,000 in my pocket and tried to get some work done this guy gave me a song and dance. I was just asking for some basic stuff. Clearly it was outside of his skill level. If you look at the other guy that left a review on this page you'll see another black moon in Wisconsin. Black Moon Tattoo at 819 E Johnson St, Madison, WI 53703 they also left a review on it. If you look it's the only two reviews this other guy left when I looked at the artwork at their site it was absolutely terrible this guy can only do bubblegum art. There's no way I would ever let this guy put any kind of ink on me or my dog for that matter
