Ryan did my piece on my ribs maybe 6 months ago. he did a great job, was very relaxed and made it easier to sit for 4 hours tattooing my ribs. Was a good experience for a first tattoo.

Little late on this reveiw but i had my lip pierced here on my birthday last year, and i highly recommend going here. Im pretty sure paul was the one who did it and he was very informational telling me ab proper care for of my said lip ring. 10/10 will go again

Great experince, treated very well the few times I dropped by. Was even treated to a bar and had our bus tickets to SLC purchased by Permanent Images. This was about 8 years ago when a friend and I took a hitch hiking trip across country and landed in the small town of Ottowa. Thanks for the tats, beer, and bus tickets home! I highly recomend checking them out for your next session!

Went for my first tattoo ever and did not have a pleasant experience. The worker was a bit rude and irritable. The small diamond I had done above my elbow was messed up pretty bad. He did not follow the stencil I had said yes to, and the lines are crooked and uneven.

The shop is poorly run and overpriced. They didn't take care of the proper paperwork until it was done, which I found to be very shady and unprofessional. My tattoo was not centered and I had to have it touched up three weeks after it was originally done. I will not be going back.
