Frank did an amazing job on my tattoo, and took really good care of me. I didn't eat before i went there because of car trouble and he stopped half-way through and knew exactly why I was about to faint, let me take a break and was super understanding about the whole thing. After that he finished my tattoo quickly and did a really good job on it. Would recommend him and the shop to anyone!

I got my nose pierced here and it was great. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very chill atmosphere, Adam was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a piercing done in a clean sterile environment.

We came from out of town Friday evening for a nose piercing for my daughter. I called ahead the day before and was told there would someone there to do it. When we got there all doors were locked and no answer on their business line for about half an hour. Finally someone answered, said he was busy giving a tat and no one was there until Monday to do the piercing. We took our business to O'Tool in Rock Island. They took great care of us there. Got us in right away. My future business goes to O'Tool...no doubt!
