I went here a few days ago for a piercing and I loved it! The person who pierced my ear was Ram I belive. He was super helpful with the piercing process and giving me options with what I should do and placements. He was extremely professional, using sterilized needles, making us fill out forms, and we’ll as making sure to use the right gloves so I would not develop a rash. He was super helpful walking me though the piercing, since i have a HORRIBLE fear of needles. He also gave out a cleaner to clean my ear.
On a side note my friend got her bellybutton pierced here as well and he did an amazing job as well. Super perfesional, sterilized the area, needles, ect. It was perfectly lined up and everything.

Went in to get my lipstud switched to a hoop. I was not asked about gage size (I knew that it was 16g that I needed and I wrongfully assumed it was a universal thing). Anyways the hoop got put in and once i got home I realized the jewlery size was too small. My lip was 100% fine before this and I ended up getting a keloid due to my lip having to reheal around this smaller size. I had to take my lip ring out bc of this. Very disappointed

I’ve been a returning customer with Beto for going on 8 years now, love his work and the atmosphere he and his shop provide when I’m there. I always feel welcome and feel like he listens to what I’m looking for. Love the conversations that happen while he’s working and it makes those longer sessions fly by. The new shop is beautiful, clean, and definitely has the flair that is a combination of Beto and Jimmy’s artwork. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for any future pieces. Hands down recommend the new shop New Hope and, of course, Beto.

These guys are the BEST! I am officially going here for every piercing from now on. They're all so friendly and really care about if you're comfortable.
