I'm so glad I decided to stop in when I did. I met a few of the artists and have had two great experiences getting new tattoos from Vanessa. This is a rare sighting for Lincoln Square bc (no other shops/studios in this neighborhood) so please stop by if you're looking for a new piece. They're well with your time. I reached out to your business almost 2 weeks ago. I stopped by because I live in the neighborhood and the reviews on goggle were GREAT! Upon walking in there were 2 female artists. One came to the desk and immediately told me that they were BOTH booked without even asking when I was looking to get tattooed. I told her that there’s no rush to get it I was open to date and time. She continued to say they are booked...again no rush (so booked for 2020 or a lifetime) she took my info and stated she would give my info to another artist. Never heard back from anyone. I will move on to another business/artist however I thought you should know how your Black(potential) customers are treated.

My experience was phe-nom-e-nal! Stephen was great to work with, super flexible with my schedule, and just a genuine pleasure to talk to. It also doesn't hurt that my tattoo came out amazing! I will 100% be getting more done in the future and Tattoo Avenue is where I'm going to get them done.
