Made an appointment days ahead of time for 6pm. Showed up at 6 and waited for Eli to finish with the client he was already working on. (It was simple line art that took him about 45 mins) Then he took another customer even though I had an appointment for 6:00. I ended up leaving the shop at 7pm with no work being done. Went to Tattoo Warehouse in Joliet & was in and out within an hour.
Master Craft is over priced and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be back.
