If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would, not only did I leave a $150 deposit with the tattoo artist (Alan), I also explained to him what I wanted and the reasons behind the tattoo, I gave him plenty of time to render a drawing of what I wanted. We agreed to an appointment, date and time. A week and a half later he didn’t have my rendering, nor did he remember my idea and on the day before the appointment, I had to reach out to him and ask for an update. His response; He couldn’t give me a reason but asked if he could send my deposit back to me, I’m assuming he also canceled my appointment and never put forth effort in drawing up my tattoo. This is piss poor customer service and bad business. I planned my week ahead of time and scheduled my week around this appointment.

I recently got a tattoo at Lucky Kat.My tattoo artist was Alan Garcia.he did an amazing job. Best tattoo artist I’ve ever had , won’t let anyone else put ink on my body. I highly recommend anyone who wants a dope Tattoo to come here.

Great atmosphere and cool staff who are attentive to everything. Provide you with food,water, and overall make you feel at home. Had the honor to get tattooed by Alan and let me tell you best artist in the Chicago Area. He is attentive to you and provides his suggestions to make the tattoo even better. If you guys are around the area Alan is the guy to go too in lucky kat tattoos.

Cesar is a great artist but he is not trustworthy. 3 times in the last 3 yrs he has cancelled our appointment the day of the scheduled visit. On social media he was reprimanding customers for blowing off appointments and I reminded him of the times he blew me off. He delated the post and messaged me about how I shouldn't have wrote that, all the while he never apologized. It's totally disrespectful to treat your customers like that. He has a reputation for doing that. Kinfolk (his cousin) on the other hand has rave reviews and is just as good as him. Go to Kinfolk, you won't be disappointed.

Came across Alan (alanink_) on Instagram and let me just say I wish I found him sooner! I had 2 tattoos done prior with other artists and neither of them took the time with me as Alan did. He was really excited to do my tattoo which made me even more excited. Tattoo came out flawless, it’s only been a day and I’ve gotten stopped by people on the street complimenting it. I have told friends and family about him. Thank you Alan!
