I came to Logan Square Tattoo for my very first tattoo. Jeremy Golden was my artist and did an AMAZING job! He was great about letting me know what to expect and eased my "first tattoo" nerves. I asked for a ginkgo leaf and the final artwork was exactly what I hoped and more. The shop was clean, the people were nice, and I'll definitely be back!

This review is for Christian. I've worked with many tattoo artists but once I found Christian I've been loyal to him! I live in California now but I wait until I'm back visiting Chicago to get work done because he's that good. I like to draw my own tattoos and he does a great job preserving my drawings when a lot of other tattoo artists like to add in their own style. Work always heals flawlessly and my very detailed pieces still look great years later. Highly recommend!!!

I had an appointment with Pedro Gamez for a thin lined tattoo and could not be happier with how it turned out! He didn’t rush me before hand, and took the time to make sure I was happy with the style, size, placement, etc before beginning. The final product exceeded my expectations. The line work is perfectly thin and straight and looks amazing. I cannot recommend enough!

Very unprofessional behavior by the tattoo artist.
The artist made me reschedule at a time that was convenient to them. And when I showed up to the appointment, the artist cancelled because they were “busy”. Also did I mention they showed me a whole different sketch when I showed up for the appointment than what was initially discussed.
I won’t name the artist out of courtesy to the business. But be careful when you trust someone with permanent art on your body.

Pedro is amazing. I booked about 4 months in advance and then about 2 weeks before the appointment he reached out for my reference photos. When I arrived for my appointment, he had multiple sketches for me to look over. I was so comfortable the whole time. The studio itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. I will be a client for a long time to come!!

Love coming here to get work done by Gifford— he's always professional, does a great job and has a killer psychedelic style. Everyone in the shop is similarly chill, friendly, and talented, plus they take a good deal of precautions with regards to tattooing during COVID. Be nice when booking and putting down deposits, there are humans answering your angry emails.
