We had a group of 4, called a week in advance due to they take walk- in's and it is tax money time. Drove over am hour to get there and they did not have us down for pre-scheduled appts. Said there would be a 2 hour wait and there was at least 8 people waiting. They closed at 6 pm so no way would they have gotten to us. Very poor customer service would not recommend.

Had Kayla add on to an old tattoo from Doc. Its a flower vine around my wrist.
She did a very good job but when I've tried to book her again she has basically ignored me. She has answed but would not allow me to make appt. I have text her several times. Really don't understand i pay cash and tip well? I handle being inked fine no issues anything? Referred people from my stain glass class in alton after the blues won the cup. If she was to busy could have sent me to one of her co-workers. Its a mystery. I have found a new place in fairview heights thats treating me well.

Went today so my daughter could get her ears pierced and I decided to get my nose redone. Molly was our piercer and she was so sweet ❣️ I didn't want to say that my daughter has Autism because people tend to treat her differently, but she was so sweet I don't think it would have mattered. Glad we came here versus any other shop! Can't wait to come in a couple weeks so my other daughter can get her nose done❣️

My daughter and I went here for tattoos. Both of them were done by Molly, and both are blown out. She was very heavy-handed and honestly charged way too much for the size of the tattoos. Would not recommend. Also, she didn't clean our skin or shave the area first. Very unsanitary.

Mollie did great work. Can't wait to go back for the next one❤️

Great atmosphere. Everyone is extremely helpful. Amazing shop. Kayla is one of the best artists I have ever met. I recommend anyone to this shop for a great piece of lasting quality artwork. Whether you are looking for a one of a kind piece or need help deciding. This is the place to go.

I’ve had 3 tattoos done by Kayla. The first one was well-done and professional. The second was a lot less professional; while sketching my tattoo, she was eating and stopped several times to talk to her boyfriend. After undressing, she left me sitting shirtless for about 45 minutes to pierce someone who had just walked in, and still hadn’t finished my sketch. Despite this bad experience, I went to Kayla for a third time with a design I had drawn myself. Though the in-shop experience was a lot better this time, the tattoo didn’t look very much like the drawing, and got infected within five days. I have over 25 tattoos, take very good care of them, and have never gotten an infection before. While I realize this doesn’t mean I’ll never get an infection, it’s infected in the darkest part of the piece where she pressed too deep. After using topical creams and taking antibiotics for two weeks, the tattoo was still infected, so I went to show Kayla. She was utterly disinterested, told me I could get an infection ‘from literally anything the minute you walk out of the shop,’ and would not even look at the tattoo. My experience overall has been extremely hit or miss, and the misses are not worth the hefty price tags and complete apathy I’ve encountered here.

Nice little addition to the community. Very retro exterior and cool feel and atmosphere when you enter. All the artists are great it's obvious they take pride in their work. So by for your next tat or piecing.
