Derek was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and gave me a piece that I absolutely love. He listened to all of my ideas. I spoke with Derek for several months before making my appointment. He made sure that I was getting exactly what I want and answered all of my questions promptly. He has a very light hand and was extremely patient with me (I wiggle a lot). His lines are clean and crisp. I will definitely be returning to Heart and Dagger to get more work done by Derek.

My experience at Heart & Dagger has been amazing. I've personally had 4 tattoos for myself, a tattoo for my daughter and a piercing done at the location in Glendive, MT. From the time you walk through the door til the time you leave the customer service is amazing, the quality of the work is definitely a one-of-a-kind and unique piece of artwork. First off he began with telling me what he was gonna do and he didn’t like my idea and he was gonna do it different.
And he didn’t like the area I wanted and he’d rather do it somewhere else.
After it took me 3 weeks to finally get ahold of someone, I stood in the entrance room for almost 20 min before someone even noticed I was there the I basically get told I don’t know what I’m talking about and my idea wasn’t something he liked and his idea was better I’ll do this and that and then make this over here and he wasn’t even sincere about it.
Plain rude and I was very calm
No you aren’t putting your ideas on my skin, I don’t want ink to look cool they have meaning to me.

Got the run around at warmart yesterday.so I went to heart and dagger Iam new at tattoos so was worried but God blessed me put me in contact with artist Leah and I got the tattoo I wanted it was awesome work she did and was cheaper than warmart I'll never go back Iam now a 110percent loyal heart and dagger customer.THANK YOU AGAIN LEAH.
