I had an older lady do my nose piercing in december. not only did she do i in the wrong spot she also was yelling at the younger girl the whole time telling her to get stuff. she was really rude to me and my friend, when i asked my friend did it look good she responded really snarky and said well that’s where it’s supposed to go. she was very rude and unprepared.

I got my earlobes peirced here in April. The owners of the shop did my ears at the same time so I wouldn't have to feel the pain twice. I was thankful for that! The piercings have healed well with proper care and they look symmetrical. I'm glad I chose this location.
However, the earings they peirced me with were not the ones I picked out. I pointed to a pair of small rhinstone like earings and asked for "those small silver ones." The staff took the pair away for cleaning. After my ears were pierced, I saw I had a couple of gray metal ball earings instead. I didn't say anything because it was too late. I understand how the confusion happened, but there should definitely be a confirmation/double-check BEFORE the piercing step. I'm not really mad about it, but make sure to ask to see the earings after they clean them.

I absolutely love Shannon's work ethic, cleanliness, professionalism, and quality work!!! Her performance is hands down the best ive ever encountered. I have been to other places and they did not have the passion and expertise. I will not go anywhere else. I have had multiple piercings in very intimate places and she was extremely professional. I have had multiple tattoos and the quality of work never ceases to amaze me. I ask for certain things in my tattoos and she works her magic everytime. Shannon is truly a gifted artist and her passion for what she does is very evident and speaks volumes!!!

Got my nose pierced in December of 2021 for my bday. Had a weird feeling as soon as we walked in. Metal walls, barely any light, cold atmosphere, but whatever ig. The person who was piercing me kept telling me and my mom of how much of an expert she is and how she is just so amazing at piercing, which was a little off-putting. She took forever to get the needle through my nose, didn’t use clamps, and started with a corkscrew stud. On top of that, she didn’t let me pick the gauge, I was pierced with an 18 when most nose piercings are 20g. This made it incredibly hard to find jewelry in stores. It was however placed correctly, thank god. It also healed perfectly fine, I waited 3 months before changing the stud to a hoop. Pretty scary experience considering it was my first face piercing. Won’t be going there again. However, this one bad experience will not stop me from getting more piercings. I plan on getting snakebites for my 16th birthday. :)

The secretary lady was very rude to me and my friends and dropped the jewelery that was going inside my mouth multiple times on the floor. She also had us waiting a long time before she went and got her Grandma to do the piercing. And to the lady who did my piercing, you are the sweetest lady ever and I will 110% be coming back. The secretary also charged me for a cleaning kit I never got for my tongue 💜 I will still be coming back,☺️

I think Skin Deep Design is awesome! Great customer service and very clean. I got my septum pierced and it's my first piercing so I was pretty nervous but she made me feel comfortable and helped relax my nerves. It turned out beautifully, healed very nicely. I will definitely be back here for more piercings in the future.

I got my navel pierced by Heather and she was amazing! I came in as soon as they opened and it was super quick and easy. She gave good instruction on how to clean it and what to look for. I have had no swelling, redness or pain so far and it looks so cute!!
