If you don't value your time, this is your shop! Apparently, spending too much time on the paper to run a business. I would say if they schedule you as a walk in, just forget about ink because you will probably forget what you want in the first place. Can't tell you about the artist because I didn't want my skin to sag before before I got my ink done.
