I can't speak for tattoos, but I would NOT recommend getting pierced here. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
Summary of my experience: I bought a ring for my conch and piercer said they were certain it'd be the right size. Went home and put it on- too small. Piercer has me make an appointment to come in for a bigger one. I go in, piercer looks for the bigger ring in front of me, turns out it's not in stock. I'm annoyed I made a special trip, but piercer refuses to refund me, says they'll order the bigger size. I wait 3 weeks.
Piercer says they got the bigger one. I go in, they put it in. Seems small to me and looks just like the other, but piercer says the fit is perfect, so I go home. Next day, my ear is killing me. I confirm it's the same size as the last one. I text piercer. They don't respond for a day, so I go to another piercer because I can't get the ring off (it's too small and my ear is swollen). Hurts like heck for them to take it off, and costs me $40 for new jewelry and the change (after also paying for the jewelry that never fit).
My piercing which had fully healed after babying it for a year is bloody now. Piercer at new store says no one should have ever put that small of a ring on it. They look at another of my piercings, which I got done at Skin Deceptions. It's super irritated, and they say it should not have been pierced with an 18 gauge hoop.
I contacted the piercer at Skin Deceptions, telling them what happened. I ask for them to at least refund the jewelry I bought from them. They have not responded.
