Amazing! I was vacationing in Maui this past week. I went scuba diving and saw a shark and knew I had to get a shark tattoo in Maui. Octopus Ink/ Jim was very nice and personable. His shop was very clean. I stopped at a few tattoo places and was uncomfortable with their prices and shops. Not here! I walked in and set an appointment that was convenient for me and got what I wanted and for a very reasonable price, (Even for being in Hawaii lol). While working on my tattoo he named off some places to go and things to do. My Girlfriend got her first tattoo which was a turtle on her ribs and she said it didn't hurt at all. If I ever make it back to Maui I will 100% go back here!

Ive got now 13 tattoos, but when I was looking to get my newest art, I didnβt know where to go. I found Octopus Ink Tattoo and from the time i walked into the shop, through the entire process I was beyond impressed with Jims level of professionalism. His shop was cleaner than most doctors offices, heβs patience is better than anyones Iβve ever met before, and the quality of work he did, WOW BEYOND AMAZING!!! I wish i could give him 1000 stars. Today my wife wanted to get a tattoo in Maui before we left and found Octopus ink just by chance. Went in and Jim drew something up for her, looked good and then tattooed her left foot. Sea turtle came out amazing and she is very pleased. Great guy and artist. Very pleasant and easy going. Look him up before deciding where to go. A+ here and you will love what he creates.

After a bad feeling with a different Tattoo co. I called around and after nearly giving up, I called Jim and he said if I was close by he could take a look at what I wanted and fit me in if possible.
He was great!!! Got me in and out in time for his next scheduled appt. A pleasure to deal with and pricing was very reasonable. My tattoo turned out great and will see him next trip!!!

I came in with a rough idea of what I was looking for, and left with a tattoo that is better than I could have imagined. Take a look around the studio at all the art and you can tell how much care the artist puts into work. There are a lot of tattoo shops on Maui, and Iβm glad I chose Octopus Ink.
