I had a fantastic experience with Julian at Ganesha Body Piercing and Jewelry. The first thing I noticed upon arriving was how clean and well lit his store was. He offers an impeccable selection of high quality, ethically sourced jewelry which I really appreciate. The jewelry pricing is incredibly fair for the quality of jewelry that you are getting installed.

Julian himself is a very professional, approachable and friendly individual. He installed a gold seam ring into my healed septum piercing. He gave me his card afterwards and told me that if I had any questions or concerns, that I could contact him.

When I got home, I noticed that the seam ring was slightly warped and notified Julian about it via text. He was very quick to respond and offered to replace the jewelry free of charge. I am very pleased with the entire experience I had. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for good quality service and beautiful products. Thanks again Julian! You helped me in more ways than one!

Dude is overpriced, unprofessional & rushed everything. I’ve never paid $200 for an ear piercing to have the “professional” piercer straight up scream at me like a bad child for pointing out he wanted to pierce directly into a blood vessel in my ear. Bet he would’ve screamed even more if I bled because of his screw up. Zero customer service skills & when I mention this dude to piercers on the mainland, several have told me this is not the first time they have heard a story like this. It’s been years and I still think about what a horrible experience dealing with Julian was. You ain’t nothing but $$ to him and he makes it super clear.

My teenage daughter had her second ear piercings. She was very determined to have them (because why where only 2 earrings, when you can wear 4?), but is as always was terrified of needles.
Mr. Ganesha walked her through care steps first, which was quite important for vacation planning purposes, explained things in a manner that allows one to provide a true informed consent, and later walked her through all of the steps of the process, which was exactly what she needed. Piercing ended up being bloodless and almost painless. She later commented that the aftercare solution, that was provided, helps a lot too.
The store is very clean, selection of jewelry is good, process is very efficient.
Mr. Ganesha seems to belong to the old school of professionals, who not only take pride in their work, but also treat one's body parts as a part of a human, rather as some random inanimate objects, which, unfortunately is often the case.
Local tattoo parlors spoke highly of him too.
I am very happy that the experience, that could have been quite stressful turned out to be very pleasant.

Great job with lining the pieces up and gave good detailed instructions for the healing process and had really cool jewelry pieces.

It was my first time going to Julian’s shop and I went with my boyfriend since he needed to change a piercing and I decided that day I was gonna pierce my belly button. Julian did an amazing job. He is the only Body piercing guy in the Kauai area and if you met him you'd understand why! He is kind and sweet hearted!
