Sam is the best in the business. Not only does he know how to tattoo he knows all the meanings behind every tattoo he does. Sam and his crew are awesome people. I am constantly getting compliments on my sleeve tattoo.

Thad did my husband and my tattoos while we were there on our honeymoon. He was great about drawing up our ideas, adding his own artistic ideas, and adjusting to our needs. He also explained what the symbols meant which was pretty cool. And since we saw him two days in a row, he even brought us a mango from his tree. Overall, his service was great! Much appreciated!

Been going to see Sam every trip to Kauai I get to have work done and will be there this summer to do more. Itβs a yearly tradition for me. My wife has also had some work done which she is in love with. Iβve always let Sam have artistic freedom to create freehand works of art and I have never been let down. Sam is an old soul, deep with knowledge of ancient symbolism and esoteric subjects. If you want a truly meaningful work of body art, there is no better shop to visit in Kauai!
