I went in to get a rook piercing replaced and they didn't even have an 18g barbell in the place. This a shame!!! (Reply)And I didn't say your technician wasn't helpful, he was, and the young lady on the phone as well. If I had been able to find the 18g barbell needed for my rook piercing, I would have been back to (hopefully) have it replaced. And by the way, he said the barbell was an 18g as well... So I trekked up to KOLO at L5p and guess what??? They had several pieces to choose from and they're a small business as well...hmmm
So, I give you another star because the customer service is good... And your people deserve it. You need to work on your bean counting skills.
