Had my nose pierced- I was super nervous and even yelled a little when she pierced it BUT the pain was a second long and the lady piercing me was amazingly professional and empathetic. I’ll be back soon for my first tattoo!

So, I called in at the last minute for two small tattoos on my toes. My artist was Chrome Waves, she is an awesome artist. She did an amazing job and was very thorough. Overall great experience for first time at this shop. And I will definitely go back.

I came in on the day before my birthday to get a neck dermal, which I have had twice before with little to no issues or complications. The owner, Wheezy, pierced me. I knew something was wrong when he struggled to pierce me and had to try again. I went to the mirror as I could tell he knew he messed up and he essentially created a second hole as he did not pierce directly over the same piercing hole. He claims he couldn’t pierce that area because it was too tough. Had he explained that, I would have opted out or went to Planet 3 as they are more clearly experienced. He didn’t, so I’m stuck with a neck dermal that is barely healed.
I asked for a refund and removal and he met me with half of a refund and told me I would have to pay for a removal… To remove what he messed up…
Overall, I wish I would have saved myself the anger and just went to Planet 3. Their jewelry is better quality as well. The diamond fell out of the dermal he put in my neck. There are better options out there.

I went in as a super nervous first timer. Mona was super welcoming and made me feel so much better. I love her confidence and the energy she brings to the experience! I highly recommend her and this business in general. The energy is so welcoming and relaxed. One of the greatest atmospheres I've been in by far!

Went here to get a piercing (dermal) as she was preparing to do my piercing I should have paid attention to the red flags! She didn’t sanitize, she pulled her jewelry out of a draw and it was all tangled together, than had me in front of the shop not even in a private room. My friend was recording and as she started she said if anything goes wrong for her to stop the recording, said she NEVER did a dermal in this area 😳 wish I knew this prior! After the piercing was done she said I was gushing blood 😭…. It eventually stopped well as the days go on I realize the only thing stopping it from bleeding is the dried up blood so therefore every time I clean it it begins to bleed. I called after 5 days and told them I’d like it removed after receiving VERY bad attitudes from other employees the the piercer told me oh well she’s NOT removing it and hung up in my face! Wow really nice customer service. I wouldn’t be surprised if she wasn’t licensed 🧐 save your money go somewhere else. I cannot make this up they are the WORST place I’ve ever been and that’s bad because I’ve had a lot done over the years!

I had a great experience everything was well relaxed very much a good experience especially if you get nervous
